Terms of Service

1. What Mooly is

The service automatically reads the Telegram channels and WhatsApp groups that you explicitly connect in the cabinet, extracts Dubai real-estate listings from them and answers your queries via the Telegram bot @moolly_dubai_bot and the web cabinet.

2. Who can use it

You are 18+, acting on your own behalf or on behalf of a legal entity, have the lawful right to use Telegram / WhatsApp in your jurisdiction and comply with their rules.

3. Account & security

• On sign-up you provide a valid email and a password. Keep the password private.
• Everything done under your account is your responsibility.
• If you suspect a breach — change your password and email support@mooly.tech.

4. Plans & payment

• Trial — 14 days free, no card required. Limits: see Pricing.
• Paid plans — monthly, charged via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank card (processed by Hutko). When a subscription ends, read-access to history stays; new ingest tasks stop.
• Refunds: partial refund for the unused period on request within 7 days of charge.
• Prices may change; existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice.

5. Limits & permitted use

• You may only connect groups that you are a member of.
• Do not use the service for mass messaging, scraping closed communities, reselling content, or actions against third parties.
• Do not try to circumvent plan limits, reverse-engineer Mooly, or use the bot for distributed attacks.
• Mooly complies with Telegram ToS and WhatsApp rules. We don't use the Telegram Bot API to read anywhere that breaks those rules.

6. Source content liability

Content in the connected groups belongs to its authors / group owners. You confirm that you have the right to read this content as a member. Mooly acts as a technical middleman: reads, structures, shows to you. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings in the groups, for deals closed via extracted contacts, or for disputes with source brokers.

7. Intellectual property

The Mooly code, UI, design and mascot belong to BIBO PLB. You receive a licence to use the service under these Terms. Listing content you receive through Mooly remains the property of its authors; use is at your own risk.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend an account in case of: breach of these Terms, spam, suspected hack, or non-payment. On termination we notify by email and give 7 days to export data.

9. Service changes

We actively develop the product. Features may be added, changed or removed. Material changes are announced in advance.

10. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that Mooly will find every relevant listing, that the AI parser won't miss an edge case, or that Telegram / WhatsApp won't change their APIs. We aim for >90% accuracy but errors are possible.

11. Limitation of liability

Mooly's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the last 12 months of subscription. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost deals.

12. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes — in court at BIBO PLB's place of registration.
